This position will provide process engineering and technical support of plant
operations and capital projects for all production units they are assigned. As
a Process Engineer you will also identify, support and implement plant
improvement projects working with the project group and plant operations. You
will be a lead participant in PHA studies on site and other PSM related
activities (MOC/PSSR/PSI development/execution). Additional responsibilities
include:
Development of scopes of work for individual EHS and other CAPEX and
expense projects.
Provide CER project economics and other process engineering support as
needed for the projects.
Management of assigned project MOC issues.
Providing engineering assistance for expense project work when needed.
Providing primary process engineering technical support for PSM and other
EHS activities, i.e. resolving PHA action items, resolving PSI issues, etc.
Providing overall Technical Process Support for the site when necessary.
Develop and maintain product specifications and unit operating directives.
Yield/Usage/Process performance optimization with KPI development,
tracking, updating, reporting and general proactive analysis of process data
and trends.
Support Business Team initated activities.
Interface with vendors and suppliers as necessary.
Requirements:
Work Experience & Skills Required:
3 - 7 years industry related experinece
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering from an accredited University required
