Our client is developing current and future generation CDMA based wireless
systems for operators around the world.Our industry leading all-IP CDMA Radio
Access Network (RAN) is setting the standard for IP based architectures while
reducing overall network build-out costs and time-to-market. The culture

Position:
Director software engineering with specific knowledge of CDMA infrastructure
technologies for the ongoing development of CDMA IP-RAN products - distributed
BSC architecture. Must have experience in SIP/IMS core design and the
implementation of O&M structures.
Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and technical direction by establishing vision, strategy
and best practices implementation plan to meet established goals and
objectives.
-Responsible for the overall planning, execution and success of complex core
network technical solutions.
-Define and implement SIP/IMS networks and O&M subscriber data bases.
-Development of and maintenance of CDMA BSC functions
-Provide oversight of outsourced contractors.
-Responsible for managing and growing a highly skilled software development
team.
Requirements
-Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible and sophisticated programming
experience focused on product development, implementation and maintenance.
-Intricate knowledge of IP core networks
-IOS / SIP, IMS products
-Overall familiarity with CDMA wireless networks and components
-Knowledge of 3GPP2 protocols and standards
-Excellent communication and documentation skills
-BS or MS in computer science or electrical engineering
-Minimum of eight years managing technical staff and a budget
