Qualifications:

WELL SITE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITES:
- Position is responsible to direct day to day operations on completion, intervention, and workover operations. Key job responsibilities are working in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, managing day to day activities of rig contractor personnel and service partners, managing logistics for personnel and equipment to and from location, providing accurate daily reports to superintendent, and maintaining accurate cost control. Strong communication skills are imperative.

- Positions are both US domestic and international rotational assignments. Flexibility in assignment types is mandatory. Typical assignment schedules are 14 days on / 14 days off for US assignments and 28 days on / 28 days off for international assignments.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must be able to successfully complete IADC Well Control training in order to achieve certification for well control. Additional technical training will be available through company's internal training program.
- Strong emphasis on safety of personnel and assuring compliance with all applicable environmental regulations & policies.
- Demonstrated experience in supervision of onsite land completion and workover operations.
- Works well with others in a multi-functional team environment. Able to conduct themselves professionally with rig contractor and service partner personnel.
- Good organizational and analytical skills. Holds self & others accountable for performance. Nurtures professional growth of self and others. (provides and seeks mentoring).
