This individual will provide application administration support and end user
technical support for package applications. This individual is responsible for
maintaining and updating the application administration rules and managing the
repository performing overall daily management of application environment and
performing operational tasks to include diagnosis of end-user and system
problems. This individual will also provide support to managed application
services customers with technical support. This individual will work very
closely with Application Suppliers technical support and other internal IT
groups
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and maintain Developer's access to Application Development
Environment/Tools 10%
Supports application development activities with respect to configuration
scripting and integration with other systems 10%
Assists with test environment set up and execution 10%
Assists in data migration and conversion activities
Migrate code and associated components to various environments thru out SDLC.

Follow appropriate change control procedures for moving new configurations
or maintenance programs through the landscape. 10%
Follow appropriate application security procedures to ensure that all
application configurations are in accordance with security requirements of the
company. 10% *Assist and provide guidance to Systems Admin during installation
and configuration of Servers
Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during SDLC 10%
Assist technical team and works closely with Application Suppliers technical
support and other internal ITG groups15%

EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required 3 years experience
with specific package application
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED
Experience with structured design development and implementation of new
computing architectures around packaged applications
Experience in application administration on a mixed platform and database
Ability to create ad-hoc complex queries using DB Tools
Ability to assist technical team in application configuration activities
Experience in working with Application Suppliers technical support channels
Exposure to different application integration technologies
COMMUNICATION & CONTACTS REQUIRED
Internal IT Staff members peer team members from other internal organizations
external consultants and vendor representatives and Corporate and IT management

Ability to work with team members across various IT departments Ability to
coordinate activities and lead teams to resolve issues
