RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Under close supervision of a more experienced engineer, assists in performing
material evaluation and analysis activities.
Obtains and prepares materials for testing,
completes tests and prepares report of findings.
Conducts supplier surveys and assists with supplier
process audits.
Maintains and operates appropriates.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-
0-2 years (including co-op or
research project. Basic knowledge of material engineering, specifically
non-metallic materials.

General knowledge of material evaluation/analysis methods.

Actual
material investigation and processing experience preferred..
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Materials
Science, Chemical Engineering (with interest in materials
