Responsible for all plant operations and maintenance of the broadband network within a defined geographical location. Lead, coach and provide development opportunities to a team of system technicians. Assure network compliance and required reporting with all federal, state and local mandates including proof of performance, CLI and network reliability. Provide superior customer care and network reliability through continuos monitoring, testing and repair of the outside plant network. Identify, repair, and/or escalate technical problems and distribute findings to applicable regional engineering groups.
 

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years experience in a technical lead or project lead role, or equivalent.
In depth knowledge of two-way Hybrid/Fiber Coax Networks (HFC) including forward and return path maintenance & troubleshooting. Knowledge of advanced products such as CDV an CHSI. Strong technical and analytical skills, including PC use. Must posses strong coaching and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written. BS desired, AS or equivalent work experience required.
