-Drives reporting and analysis and monitoring of everyday equipment tracking activities
-Facilitates decision making to improve equipment tracking to drive PEP efficiencies and productivity
-Leads data mining efforts to identify equipment performance trends and opportunities.

-Manages and provides career development to Tier II Order Analysts and Equipment/ Inventory Analysts.
Includes hiring, on-boarding and training a team of 9 Order Analysts and Equipment/Inventory Analysts in a new location, on a new system and with predominantly new PepsiCo employees
-Develops action plans to resolve equipment ordering, tracking, and inventory issues.
-Owns all the systems and processes related to equipment procurement (ordering from suppliers), inventory management, and customer equipment programs.

Requirements
-4 year Undergraduate degree
-Prior equipment supply chain management experience
-Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, or other spreadsheet & database applications
-Strong proven leadership and people development skills
-Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; including to customers
-Prior ERP, CRM/ECC (preferably SAP web client) experience; knowledge of Siebel systems a plus
-Strong people management skills
-Foodservice technical skills & equipment knowledge a plus
-Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple concurrent priorities
-Prefer prior call center management experience  
-Prefer 5-7 years prior Foodservice and / or bottler operations experience
