Structural Engineer Job -> Client is located in Northern Florida, and is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with experience in the construction industry. Candidate MUST HAVE a BS in Civil Engineering with a course emphasis in structures, with a minimum of 8 years work experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in U.S. building and design codes. Candidate will be responsible for developing installation drawings and plans, analyzing structures and foundations, reviewing vendor submittals, supporting project construction, and development of contract documents, including technical specifications and working with a CAD designer to produce the drawings. This position is in a multi-discipline design organization providing capital improvement projects in cement, power, and process industries. Candidate should also have strong computer skills and excellent time management and organizational skills.
