We are the receiver development division of AR (formerly Amplifier Research),
founded in August 2005 to develop a line of wideband electronic receivers for
laboratory and military applications.
We seek an RF engineer with design experience to at least 3 GHz, initially to
learn the intricacies of our 20Hz to 110GHz product line, then to assume
responsibility for future high frequency development.
We are located in the West San Fernando Valley.

Requirements
Experienced in the design and test of most, if not all, of: amplifiers,
filters, oscillators, frequency synthesizers and switches.
Experienced in the operation of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal
generators and oscilloscopes.
Experienced with high frequency design software, and can define and discuss
gain, noise figure, intermodulation, return loss and characteristic impedance.
Willing to work in the small company world - supporting test, manufacturing,
sales and trade shows as needed.
