To research, design, develop, and implement 802.11a/b/g wireless network systems that meet or exceed customer requirements. To facilitate the achievement of Corporate goals and objectives through technological leadership.

5-7 Years showing a progression in the networking with 3-5 years in a design and implementation and 1 to 2 years in an 802.11a/b/g wireless specific role.
Requirements
- CCNA/CCNP preferred.
- Good knowledge of network design, configuration and implementation of 802.11 wireless technology, including device management.
-A good understanding of wireless network security, including WEP, WPA, WPA2. T
-The design engineer must display specific knowledge of the design (including security), implementation, and management of an enterprise 802.11a/b/g wireless infrastructure
