Structural Engineer Job -> Excellent growth opportunity for a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER for a highly regarded firm in New Orleans, LA. Requires BS Degree in Civil Engineering, PE License, and 7 years minimum building design and site development, as well as familiarity with AISC & ACI codes. High Rise design a plus. Need excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with other disciplines in a collaborative environment to ensure company, client, and industry practices are met.

Position will develop structural engineering and design requirements for building designs including high rise office, medical, and residential buildings. Will interpret engineering data and prepare engineering deliverables, work on capital projects, budgets and scheduling, review quotes from vendors, and packages to clients. Must be able to work independently or on a design team.

Generous package includes salary based on experience and qualifications, benefits, and relocation expenses. Position is temp-to-perm or possibly direct hire depending on the candidate.
