Responsibilities emphasize power amplifier and transmitter product testing and tuning, working closely with design engineers to develop, modify, fabricate, and test RF microelectronic components for wireless commercial products. These commercial products are for wireless CDMA, WCDMA and TDS-CDMA cellular phone applications.
 

Requirements
The successful candidate will posses a demonstrated ability to perform RF, analog and mixed signal circuit measurements such as 3rd order intercept, noise figure, S-parameters, 1 dB compression point, harmonics, etc. In addition, strong experience in non-linear PA measurement is critical.

Skills in soldering, working with small surface mount devices, using microelectronics fabrication equipment such as wafer saws, wire bonders and laser equipment are valued. In addition, experience using software for automated testing and data reporting is important.

Education and Job Experience:
AA degree plus a minimum of 5 years RF, analog and/or systems test measurement experience.
