Description
Lead a team of 6-8 developers and work on new features and maintenance of existing features for the install framework on Windows for Rational products. Work with various product teams (Release Engineering, Testing, Documentation, Customer Support) to provide solutions to customer issues, help releasing these products, and other software development tasks. Create and manage project plans to meet release schedules. Work with product install teams and help them implement the installation frame-work to create individual product installs. Mentor junior software developers.
