Carter and Burgess, a leading Architectural and Engineering firm in the
Phoenix area, is looking for a Structural Discipline Leader to join lead their
structural design staff. The primary responsibilities for this role will
include ensuring the overall quality of structural drawings, calculations and
specifications, supervising staff of engineers, engineering interns and CADD
technicians, working closely with other professionals in the building
industry, including Architects, MEP and Civil engineers, contractors, owners
and reviewing jurisdictions. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (or
equivalent technical degree) required and must be registered Professional
Engineer (PE) in Arizona; Structural Engineering (SE) licensure is a plus.
