Our client needs a Greenville Branch Office Manager.This position is responsible for all personnel and activities of the regional office and is accountable to the Director.
 

Position Responsibilities
1. The effective management and profitability of all operations of the regional office. Achieve 15% profit margin for office.
2. Achieve annual revenue targets for the regional office by leading the marketing, sales and business development program for the office.
3. Administration of the regional office's activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
4. Maintain and improve the consistency, high quality and accuracy of all project deliverables.
5. Direct and coordinate all regional office operations.
6. Achieve approved regional office objectives and goals, while supporting the corporate plan.
7. Maintain management level relationship with managers of other regional offices, group leaders and senior staff of the corporation.

Position Requirements
Long time Greenville/Spartanburg area resident (10 plus years) with demonstrated network within the upstate professional business community (peers, clients and market targets). Licensed Professional Engineer with 15 plus years experience. Familiar with SC DHEC regulations and regulators. Knowledge of upstate SC industry essential. Demonstrated technical competency in one or more areas related to environmental compliance, industrial facilities engineering. Demonstrated experience managing professional and technical staff; management of small and large projects. Profit/loss management experience desired.

Bachelor's degree minimum, registered or licensed professional with a minimum of 15 years of related experience with five years in related experience in consulting/professional services management.
