Description
Incumbent designs drilling well plans, generates cost estimates and AFE`s, coordinates permitting, and supports drilling operations day to day in order to safely and cost effectively drill budgeted wells. The position recommends solutions to challenges that arise during the course of drilling and develops subsequent plans to address resulting project scope changes. This position optimizes casing designs, plans drill string and bit requirements, optimizes hydraulics programs and indicates required drilling rig specifications. The position gives drilling support to the division`s asset teams so as to optimize development of producing fields.
