Responsibilities/Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Specific duties include selecting and configuring equipment, preparing quotations, providing technical specifications, and participating directly in negotiations.

We are looking for an articulate, well organized, and ambitious individual with a solid background of at least 2 years in the rotating equipment industry. This is an important position that interacts with D-R employees throughout our worldwide organization. Moreover, as the industry leader we are able to provide talented individuals with a variety of attractive career growth opportunities.

In this position you will review customer specifications taking into account input from the field sales force. You will select and configure steam turbines and related equipment and then develop technical and commercial proposals that include a cost benefit value analysis. You will review commercial terms and conditions as needed and prepare a risk assessment.


Qualifications:
A BSME or similar degree is required but advanced degrees are preferred. A good knowledge of thermodynamics and rotor dynamics is needed. Multi-lingual skills are a must, specifically English and Spanish.
