Description

The applications engineer is responsible for offering competent technical support to customer, in-depth understanding of applications, products and technical problems in power. The applications engineer will work directly with the design engineers to design-in new products and solveproblems in consistent with the overall marketing product definition and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
Use in-depth understanding of the system, the IC architecture and the customer applications, to define our next generation products.
Write data sheets, application notesand design evaluation boards.
Prepare and provide technical seminars and workshops to our customers.
Compile technical articles for publication in Trade journals.
Establish effective working relationships with counterparts, marketing and design to maximize business opportunities and minimize design time.

Required Skills/Coursework Desired:
? BSEE; Master's degree is a plus.
? 5+ years of relevant experience.
? Power and Analog knowledge.
? Strong verbal and written skills.
