Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an innovative leader to oversee all activities related to the
design and engineering of our commercial solar construction projects. The
Senior Manager reports to the Director of Worldwide Commercial Projects, and
with him will lead the organization toward our vision of a highly reliable,
collaborative organization with a focus on delivering innovative and complete
solar energy solutions to our customers.
Education and Experience
?
A Master's degree in architecture or engineering or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
?
Comprehensive (7-10 years) experience in the designing and/or
planning of major projects
Required Qualifications
?
Demonstrated leadership skills and senior level planning skills
with a good working knowledge of project management and sound
engineering/architectural practices.
?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?
Strong customer service orientation and demonstrated experience
working effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment
?
Licensed Architect or Engineer is a plus, experience working in a
design-build firm preferred
