Job Description
Responsible for work in the Soarian Oncology Division, responsible for architect solution including third party integration and other solution level dependencies. Perform complex design, maintenance, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of software. Review complex customers' standards specification and other documentation to determine feasibility of product requirements. Drive software design discussion and oversee complex test specifications development. Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems. Demonstrate proficiency in leading and monitoring offshore team to maximize levels of productivity. Involved in and oversee software implementation and work on Soarian Clinicals' base dependencies posted by ONC module. Also work with several teams to stabilize and streamline agile methodologies. Provi de operational support and consultation to business units, downstream organizations and application development groups worldwide. REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Comp Sci, Soft Eng or rel field (alt. will accept bachelors plus five yrs progressive exp). Must have one year exp in position offered or related occupation. Exp must incl. Soarian Clinicals Oncology, Architecture and design; Modality and Software development; balanced skill set for modality integration and software development; Soarian FacePhoto application; design, development, and testing of Healthcare application using VC++, MFC, SQL Server, and Oracle.
