RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Provide top tier customer
support for PCI-Express and PCI based products.
-
Generate quality application
notes and whitepapers which highlight the PLX Advantage.
-
Contribute to Marketing MRD
process.
-
Interface with engineering
teams to improve chip quality and RDK designs.
-
Prepare basic reference
designs to drive market acceptance.
-
Some travel involved.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
BSEE or equivalent; MSEE
preferred.
-
7+ years of experience.
-
Strong technical background
in design or customer support.
-
Knowledge of PCI Express
Switch and/or bridge products.
-
Lab experience working with
high speed scopes, express analyzers, Logic Analyzers required.
-
Strong team player with
excellent communication skills
-
Familiarity with networking
or storage based systems preferred.
-
Knowledge in simulation (HSPICE,
Verilog, etc.), basic schematic, PCB layout techniques, a plus.
