Job Description:
Responsible for developing and executing automated and manual test cases.
Develops test suites. Reports problems uncovered through testing of product
areas. Installs and configures, with assistance, hardware and software required
for testing.
Under general supervision:
1) Executes manual tests and suites of automated tests. Record results and
review test failures to determine root cause;
2) Adds additional test cases to existing automated test scenarios to enhance
test coverage;
3) Writes clear and in-depth change requests (CRs) that include the steps to
reproduce the observed problem, and provides supporting information that
justifies the priority of the CR. May provide workarounds;
4) Review assigned documentation for technical accuracy and provide feedback
to Documentation team members.
5) Provides training and support to new team members
6) Participates in continuous learning and training cycles with the team.
Requirements:
BS degree, and at least 2 years experience.
Requires a working knowledge of software program troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix highly desirable.
Experience with digital certificates highly desirable.
