Responsibilities include:

RFIC architecture design and system specification
Engagement on RF/Analog block designs
RFIC top-level integration
RFIC testing and debugging

Required Experience

Should be hands on with a successful track record of designing RFIC for communications applications for at least 4 years
A successful record of leading RFIC design teams from initial concept and studies to production for at least 2 years. Possess good communication and leadership skills.
Have excellent knowledge of communications systems and architectures.
Have an excellent understanding of the main RF building blocks and undertaken the responsibility of designing some of the following circuits on CMOS: LNA, Mixer, PLL, Power amplifier, VCO.
Have a good knowledge of high frequency packaging, device physics, layout, and high frequency signal integrity
Have experience of measurement, characterization, and trouble shooting in the mixed signal and RF laboratories.
Good knowledge of commonly used CAE tools such as Cadence Design Tools.

Desirable Experience

Have developed IC's for one or more of the following applications:
BT, WiFi, WiMAX, Cellular, GPS
Digital HW Design

Education

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 6 or 4 years experience, respectively.
