Major Duties:
- Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance
- Trouble-shoot customer reported problems
- Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer
satisfaction
- Work in a high performance team environment
- Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships
- Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations

Qualifications
Pitney Bowes is looking for candidates who with the following qualifications:
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical
equipment
- 3-5 years experience using electronic trouble-shooting equipment
- 3-5 years proven technical knowledge with computer hardware, Windows NT,
and networking
- 3-5 years proven experience in building and enhancing Customer
relationships
- 2 years management and leadership experience of other technical personnel
- Swing arm inserter experience a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to produce quality results
- Strong communications (written and verbal) and customer relations skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and telephone skills are required
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
- Strong team skills
- Strong planning, scheduling, and prioritization skills
Requirements:
- Be A+ certified or become A+ certified within 6 months of employment
- Be able to understand electronics and troubleshoot to a component level
using test equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 40lbs. of tools
- Candidate should live in the designated area - No Relocation provided
- Drug/Criminal/Driving background checks required
- Must have valid Drivers license and clean driving record
