RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be a member of the Engineering Department
supporting several projects involving DoD customers. The individual will work
under the leadership of a Lead Engineer and report to the Director of
Engineering. The individual will work with Project Managers, Software Engineers,
System Engineers, and other Electrical Engineers.
Activities will include defining, designing, developing and testing assemblies
to meet new customer requirements, as well as engineering supp
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
It is essential that a qualified candidate have a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
It is essential that a qualified candidate have a minimum of two years
experience performing design, development and test of digital and/or analog
hardware; Must have the ability to multi-task between assignments; Good writing
and verbal communication skills.
The qualified candidate must have the ability to support occasional travel.
This position requires a security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
It is desired that the successful candidate have experience in the development
of electro-optical and communication systems and High Speed Digital Design and
Power Supply Design; experience with implementing Microprocessors,
Microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and PLDs and experience with ORCAD, VHDL, C, C++.
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
Engineering Degree; EE.
