General Requirements:
This position supports development of point sensing, biological agent sensing,
and remote sensing based simulations and models using our proprietary SPEED tool
and other software environments. You will work with outside and internal
customers from inception to completion of efforts to define requirements and
performance expectations of sensor concepts as well as provide analytical
support for standoff detection customers using this technology. The primary
customer set is the chem/bio defense community.
Experience Requirements:
This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Science, Math, Engineering or
related field and 5 10 years of experience including: Experience with sensor and
environmental modeling; Software development experience in C/C++ and Matlab;
Experience in developing software on Linux and Windows platforms. Knowledge of
point sensing, biological agent sensing, and remote sensing of chemicals and
infrared spectroscopy are pluses.
