General Requirements:
Candidate will conduct analysis and develop computer codes in the areas of
aerodynamic heating, thermal and ablation analysis, and computational fluid
dynamics. Candidate must have good writing and briefing skills to document
results in technical reports and journals.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate must have experience in using and developing/upgrading computer codes
to conduct aerothermal heating and ablation analysis. Must have knowledge and
experience with industry standard codes such as CMA, BLIMP, ASCC, MASCC, and
ATAC. Additional experience in the use and development of CFD codes is also
desired. Knowledge of FORTRAN is required.
