PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Responsible for coordinating sales order
execution for solution specific equipment in accordance with customer
requirements, established profit margins, and committed schedules. Will serve
as that main project contact for customers and ensure that all contract
requirements for scope of supply, fieldwork, start-ups and training are
scheduled and successfully completed

Review sales order documents and attend
planning and review meetings to ensure scope of contract is clearly defined
-
Track and expedite multiple equipment sales
order packages through the warranty period and receipt of final payments.

Serve as primary external and internal
customer contact
-
Coordinate planning and review of engineering,
manufacturing, and delivery schedules.
-
Ensure proper billing for payment and assist
with collection of payments.

Resolve problems encountered during any phase
of assigned project expeditiously
-
Make decisions on actions to contain slippage
of schedules and margins.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-
BS Degree required
(Engineering, Sciences and or Business).

Masters Degree in the above
field or MBA preferred
-
A minimum of 5 years of
project management experience including 3 years as a Project Manager

Ability to read and
interpret contracts, specifications and drawings including P&ID's is required
-
Proven skills in project
planning, estimating, tracking and costing are a must
-
Good interpersonal and
customer relations' skills are a must.

Demonstrated skills in
technical communication both verbal and written are required.

Must be proficient with
personal computer using company-standard software

Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize. Must be a self-starter and have
the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
