Responsibilities include:
· New product introduction
· Process, raw material and other safety reviews (including HAZOP and PHA)
· Product quality improvements
· Productivity/Asset Utilization Improvement Projects
· Cost reduction efforts
· Capacity improvement initiatives through process optimization
· Production unit support, troubleshooting equipment and processes
· Develop and support process recipes in the Delta-V (DCS) system
· Provide support for capital project installation as the process engineer, Capital Deployment Process (CDP).
· Technical support for resolution of customer issues and for the disposition of off-grade materials.
· Technical support for planning and scheduling of production, cleaning, and other batch transition issues.

Education and Experience:
· BS or MS Chemical Engineering
· Minimum of 3 years experience
· Experience in chemical process industry preferred
· Emulsion polymerization experience preferred
