The L-3 Communications Titan is committed to providing the small business community with opportunities to participate, to the fullest extent possible, in L-3 Communications Titan's many important Government programs. Individual programs are managed at the business unit level (Sector, Group or Division). Each business unit, shown on the listing, is responsible for development of specific subcontracting plan goals, identification of qualified small business team members, implementation of small business outreach programs, and preparation of reports detailing its success in achieving the objectives of L-3 Communications Titan's Small Business Program.

 Titan's Standards of Conduct prescribe specific guidelines that all  employees should  understand and follow. As used in this booklet, the term employee includes company consultants and individuals who work for Titan as independent contractors.¹ This Code of Ethics booklet provides general guidance applicable to all Titan employees, managers, and supervisors.

• Understanding of Assembly of fabricated mechanical, light electrical and hydraulic systems.

• Understanding of communication System.

• Strong mechanical skills.

• EAble to use a multitude of hand and power tools. Fork Lift operator experience highly desirable.

• Experience in mechanical/hydraulic and light electrical assembly.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
