Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelors in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical
Engineering
4-6 yrs. Industry Experience
Commodity Specific Technical Expertise (PCBA, Wire Harnesses, Machining,
Sheet Metal, Molded Plastics, and OEM)
Supplier / Project Management Experience
Demonstrated Collaboration, Negotiation & Conflict Resolution Skills
Knowledge of Six Sigma tools & methodologies, with proven ability to apply
them
Supplier Audit and or Lead Assessor Experience
Knowledge of Quality Management System Tools, Continuous Improvement
Methodologies & In-Depth Understanding of Site Level Products & Related
Processes
Knowledge of Quality System Standards QSR, ISO3485 and ISO9001 electronics
manufacturing and DFM background desired.
