Requirements:

• Candidate should have 5 to 10 years (or more) experience leading high technology development programs.
• Candidate must have experience in working with and leading cross functional groups (Engineering, Global Services, Marketing, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Program management experience in system or service development, involving software or hardware
• Must be able to work independently, partnering with groups and peers in order to establish personal networks.
• Must be able to manage multiple programs and across multiple resource bases (internal groups, contractors and external to the company)
• Candidate needs excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiating and influencing skills, and project organizational skills.
• Should have advanced skills in MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Should be fluent with project management tools and creating web-based documents.
• Familiarity with storage or networking management products is an advantage.
• A big plus is a candidate that has technical background and (IT or Engineering)

The ideal candidate will:

Education:

BS or MS along with 5 to 10 years (or more) experience in the high-tech industry as a program manager and/or people manager
