Education:
HVAC or electrical technical school training or equivalent experience required.
Experience Needed:
- 7 yrs of direct experience in the management of mechanical, electrical and
plumbing operations for commercial office buildings.
- Mechanical, electrical, life/safety and plumbing operations in commercial
office buildings
- Knowledgeable in monitoring and implementing energy conservation
- Knowledge of codes and standards relating to Indoor Air quality
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all engineers and maintenance staff
- Manage the flow and schedule of maintenance and repair projects
- Participate with the Area Chief in developing and managing projects
Salary: $65K DOE
