Description
Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Service Delivery/Operations capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to providing the necessary services and solutions to the client, the client's employees or the client's customers in fulfillment of contractual obligations agreed upon by both parties. The Application Outsourcing specialty incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
Accenture is looking for someone to provide a hands-on, leadership function for the process team supporting Enterprise Process and Performance across multiple IT organizations.

Responsibilities will
include:

Apply process
improvement methodologies to Enterprise Incident Management process
(includes helping the organization define terminology, identify
issues/challenges, gap analysis, establish working framework)

Prepare for and
facilitate senior leadership workshops to accomplish process visioning
activities
-
Assist organizations in
assessing process maturity and identifying targets for process improvement
to align them with Enterprise-level processes and adopted standards
-
Assist development and
implementation of communications and change management activities related
to implementation of changed processes

Basic
Qualifications:

TS/SCI with Full scope
Poly

3+ years process
engineering experience in IT environment
Preferred Skills:

ITIL foundation
certification

3 years experience in
any of the following disciplines: facilitation, training, methodology
development and evaluation, process reengineering, identifying best
practices, change management, business management techniques,
organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information
system development methods and practices.

Solid Understanding of
ITIL Incident Management process
