RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
responsible
for the preparation of technical & commercial proposals, and undertake
engineering design & equipment selection for awarded projects
-
responsible for managing the delivery
of the engineering aspects of the project to time, cost & quality targets.
BACKGROUND AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-
Technical and task management skills
-
5+ years experience in wastewater
design or in a similar construction or project process industry.
-
Knowledge of biological treatment
design (knowledge of membrane treatment systems is a plus)Knowledge of U.S.
Federal, State, and local engineering, safety, and environmental regulations -
Experience in preparing engineering
proposals and quotations -
Good written and verbal communication
skills and the ability to manage a multi-functional engineering team -
Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, as
well as having experience with internet resources (AutoCAD is a strong plus)
EDUCATION
REQUIRED:
BS or MS in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Engineering (PE certification is
preferred)
