General Requirements:
Duties include assisting with visitor certs and interfacing with security,
greeting and escorting visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars,
making travel arrangements, etc. This position with support the Program Manager
and be performed at the government site.
Experience Requirements:
Must have strong communication skills, be a team player, have the ability to
multitask, be discreet, have a strong attention to details, and ability to work
in a fast paced environment. Must have a HS Diploma and a minimum of 1 to 3
years experience as an administrative assistant or similar position.
Most positions require candidate to have a current favorable Single Scope
Background Investigation (SSBI). Some positions will require completion of a
polygraph examination.
