OPPORTUNITY:
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic teamwithin one of Intersil's fastest growing Power Management teams. Specifically, we are looking for an Analog IC Designer to be the driving force for the product definition and design process.

Products will be power management circuits implemented on an assortment of BiCMOS and CMOS processes. This includes complex chips that possess multiple powerhandling blocks along with digital control circuitry for products including, but not limited to: Linear Regulators, Switching Regulators, DC/DC Converters, Opamps, Voltage References and Hot Plug Controllers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
BSEE and 3-10+ years experience with driving a team to take products from design to market release. Knowledge of device physics and how to apply it to circuit design elements in order to optimize device matching, power, drive, linearity, compression, etc. Ability to take a blank sheet of paper, customer requests, to produce the highest performance, lowest cost circuit for the application. Knowledge in BiCMOS and/or CMOS design including: Op Amps, comparators, oscillators,Vrefs, battery chargers, voltage supervisors, switching power supplies (e.g., Buck, Boost, isolated and non-isolated) I/O, transistor level logic, and have knowledge of process-layout interactions.
