Job responsibilities include:
If you are interested in making a difference with the environment, while working
in a challenging position, this opportunity may be for you. In this position you
will be responsible for sizing piping for flow, sizing pumps/fans, creating
Piping and Instrumentation Drawings.
Travel:
30% average can be more if involved in equipment commissioning and startups.
Requirements:
• BS Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required
• 5+ years related work experience
• Experience in chemical processes with chemical, oil, power, steel or water
treatment industries
• Experience in piping system design
• Knowledge of instrumentation relative to system operation
• Good communication skills, dealing with customers and vendors
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Access database software
Desired:
• E.I.T. / Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
• Knowledge of control systems
• Experience in pollution control FGD systems
• Experience in power generation plants
EDUCATION
