Description:

Chief Software Engineer (CSWE) needed to
lead the GPO Future Digital System (FDsys) software development team in the
exciting new business area of Digital Archiving and Enterprise Architecture.
-
Software Engineer Level 4 to fill a
dynamic high visibility position leading a customer focused team of ten
developers in an Enterprise Architecture environment with COTS integration and
custom code.
-
Interface with Harris management,
customer and subcontractors. Knowledge of SW development process and CMMI
necessary.

Technologies include SOA, Web services,
J2EE, ESB, Java, XML and Federal Enterprise Architecture.
Qualifications:
-
BSCS or equivalent required with 7 years
experience in developing SW systems. Leadership of SW teams is also required.
Experience:
-
Good candidates for this position will
have experience with software estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking,
design, integration, testing, and deployment.

Knowledge of content management systems,
web applications, workflow, and information security is helpful
