In mobile communication, what is the technique of call continuation if a caller moving from one base station to another without interrupting continuation of live call?

In mobile communication the technology of transferring one moving subscriber from one BTS to another BTS is most necessary and effective matter. The procedure of one BTS to another is called "Hand Off" procedure.

When a subscriber call, it connect with a closer BTS. If now the subscriber moves away from that BTS frequency region, the signal gradually weak. In this position another sub-sequent BTS try to capture by its frequency. When the new BTS frequency strengthen than previous BTS signal, the Hand Off occurs. The new BTS take over the new moving subscriber without any interruption. This Hand Off occurred in mili-seconds, so subscriber can't trace the hand off.
