Accuracy this pad had that, You noticed that when You used other surfaces with your cordless optical mouse, You would have to center it on the surface occasionally. Since the surface of the X-Trac Zoom is so thin you don’t have the tendency to push the pad as you move your hand about. You noted that with this surface you had to move my mouse the least to accomplish the tasks, whether you was gaming or writing an article or editing pictures. On top of that the surface just looks cool. You gave one to a friend at work, and John told me he saw images inside the hexagonal areas. Now you not so sure about that! John is a avid gamer, he told me this was the best surface he had used, and that he had to get used to the responsiveness of his mouse. You would have to agree. When you first see the surface and the thinness of it you won’t think that it could be effective, the exact opposite is true! Its great when you edit photos, cutting and pasting, excreta, it just makes life easier. Cleaning is a breeze you just wash it with a mild dish liquid on both sides and dry it with a paper towel.
There are lots of surfaces out there, and every one has their opinion on which one is best. Don’t get me wrong there are lots of good ones even great ones. This surface really stood out for me.You would rate them:

2. Close second Ratpadz GS
3. Compad Mouse surface
Really love the thinness of this surface and its accuracy.Tried it with both of my mice the Logitech MX700 optical and the Microsoft Optical mouse. You liked the how the surface preformed with both. Recommend the X-Trac Zoom surface, it might cost a little more than some other polymer pads out there. You get what you pay for. You are one to spend a few more bucks for a quality product. Remember these polymer pads are virtually indestructible when taken care of. So check out PCXMODS, they have more surfaces than this one to check out plus some other cool stuff to see.
