Details of ADAC

 The ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club eV) (pronunciation: a tsé a) is the largest automobile club of Germany, with more than 15 million members in August 2005. It was founded on 24 May 1903 under the name of "Deutsche Vereinigung Motorradfahrer-', the name he abandoned to its present name in 1911.

Under the Nazi regime, ADAC was incorporated in the DDAC (1934). It was founded again in 1946.
