Le Prof. Bianchi enseigne à l'Institut universitaire de hautes internationales depuis 2002. Il a
assuré les postes académiques suivants : Professeur à l'Université catholique de Milan; Maître
de conférences à l'Université de Parme; Professeur Assistant à l'Université de Sienne.
Jusqu'en 2001, il était également Chargé d'enseignement en droit international au Centre de
Bologne de la Johns Hopkins University. Il est l'auteur de publications sur le droit
international des droits de l'homme, le droit économique international, le droit de la
juridiction et des immunités juridictionnelles en droit international de l'environnement, la
responsabilité de l'Etat et le droit des traités.
