CCE was founded in 1981 as a proprietary chemical formulator and equipment supplier to serve the printed circuit and related industries. In 1987 CCE merged with Electrochemicals and launched international marketing of specialty equipment. In 1994 became part of a conglomerate of companies known as Activar and moved into an 18,000 square foot facility in Golden Valley, MN. CCE operates autonomously providing our standard line of products and offers custom engineering, equipment, and services to the chemical processing field worldwide. CCE's customers include technology leaders such as 3M, W. L. Gore and Associates, Honeywell-Advance Circuits, Buckbee-Mears and Multek. Four CAD stations and two CNC routers are used to design and manufacture precision components. On average, over 50% of our business involves the design, engineering, and fabrication of custom systems. Today, CCE holds patents on current designs, provides innovative custom engineering, and supplies standard equipment to meet the wet process needs of printed circuit manufacturers and related industries throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Mexico, Taiwan, and China.
