Piasim Corp was incorporated in 1974 as an investment holding company. We are privately owned company associated with Leong Huat Hardware Group. Leong Huat Hardware, which was founded in 1949, is one of the largest structural steel trader in Singapore. Their subsidiary companies also hold major properties in Singapore and are currently developing commercial and industrial properties in this region. In 1990, Piasim Corp was activated to channel into Laser and Optics business. Our board of Directors includes graduates from MIT with PhD in Engineering, as well as Master and Engineering Degree holder from Cornell University and University of Michigan, and University of Southern California.

Established in 1974, Piasim Corporation is the leading distributor of lasers and opto-electronic components and instruments in the South-east Asia region. We are also the exclusive distributor for Synrad Inc., the world leader in Sealed CO2 Laser in the South East Asia: We have Stock for Synrad famous 48 Series Lasers, Firestar Series Lasers, FH Marking Head Products as well as PowerWizards. We are certified by Synrad to perform all repairs and services in-house. We have over US$100,000 worth of Synrad parts ready in stock and are able to offer fast turnaround time. We have wide range of Synrad Laser for evaluation in-house; From 10W, 25W, 100W and 200W with Marking Head as well as the X-Y Table with Cutting Beam Delivery System. Together with our in-house Nd-YAG Laser, we are able to provide complete Laser Marking and Cutting Service/Job Shop for prototyping, sampling and small volume production. Piasim is also certified by Synrad to perform all repair and services in-house.
