We present ourselves as a Register Company under the Companies Act, 1956. Also our unit is registered as S.S.I. unit having Reg. No.11/01/1952 PMT dated 28/05/85. Our basic advantage is that we have a foundry & well- equipped. machine shop under one roof. This is a very rare thing to be found in a foundry industry. Therefore we would like to introduce ourselves as a unique company. 1.Brief History :- Our Company was incorporated in 1980. There after we have developed ourselves & have a created a very sound goodwill for specially designed Castings & Valves. Ahmednager is situated near Pune at 120 kms distance and at 250 kms from Mumbai. It easily accessible by road & rail. 2.Managment :- Our Company is managed by two Directors Mr. Girish Salvekar & Mr.Satish Salvekar. Mr.Girish who is a Mechanical Engineer is working with the company for last thirteen years & has a very good experience in this industry. He looks after all the new developments & the total production. He is assisted by a Asst. Manager (Production) & supervisors two, each in foundry and machine shop Dept. All the supervisors are having a sound technical knowledge in their field. Mr Satish who is a C.A. looks after all commercial & administrative matters. He is also assisted by proper persons, in managing the work of company. 3. Manufacturing Activities :- We produce Ferrous Castings for Boiler Industries such as grates, grate Bars ( Fire Bars ), fire doors, Ash doors, etc We are approved under Indian Boiler Regulation Act. We also manufacture Rushas Brand Valves i.e. Steam Gate, Globe, Flanged/ Screwed ends, IBR & NON IBR in Bronze and C.I. We also mfg other boiler mountings such as relief safety valves, strainers e.t.c. 4. The vital statistic of the company are stated below, Dept. wise. Quality control :- The most important aspect of the company is looked after by our specially trained Engineers. Our Engineers see that, the goods to be dispatched are only as per the requirements and this is the reason that we don't have pre-dispatch inspection from almost all our customers. 6. We have a well-equipped chemical laboratory. Where we look after the requirement of our foundry section right from the quality of the mould and to the chemical composition of our products. 7. Manufacturing Process : First of all, the raw material received by us is tested for its chemical composition. After satisfying the requirements, then only the raw material is taken into production. Secondly All the components of our Valves are tasted at the production level with proper inspection jigs. We have developed special jigs and fixtures for proper testing at each level. Thus all the components of our valves are already tested before assembly of the valve. Further we maintain a 100% inspection by checking the valves by hydraulic pressure.
