Welcome to the FEPE website and Info portal of the European envelope industry sector. FEPE is the European Federation of Envelope Manufacturers in Europe (Fédération Européenne des Producteurs d'Enveloppes).
FEPE represents 7 European national associations and 88 European envelope manufacturers in Europe, Israel and Turkey.
Additionally 24 supplier companies support FEPE as affiliated members.

The envelope is not the message but part of the message. However, the messages we pack do arrive. Our products guarantee for confidentiality, reliability and convenience.
The business environment has changed dramatically in the last decade. We face today a global market with competition all over the world.
A decade ago the markets in envelope industry sector used to be secluded in many ways. Family owned companies dominated amongst producers. Most operated locally and their focus was on customers in their respective country. There was not much cross border activity by most of them.
But as things have changed we face nowadays new realities:
Corporatization and public owned multinational companies
Abolition of trade barriers and intensified competition
Entrance of non European competitors that operate with a very different background (social obligations, environmental regulation etc.)
Low barriers to market entrance due to uniform production technology and producers that behave in an unethical way (f.e. dumping)
Distortion through state subsidies in some countries
