Since 1985, Quality Transmission Components (QTC) has been a leading supplier of medium and coarse pitch metric gears throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. In October 2002, QTC signed agreements with several foreign suppliers to become a distributor of drive system components. With these agreements in place, we will be introducing several new product lines during the next twelve months. With the introduction of our catalog, Q450: Timing Belts and Tensioners, we have added MXL, XL, L, HTD3, HTD5, HTD8, AT5, AT10, T2.5, T5, & T10 profile timing belts and the complete line of Zetasassi belt & chain tensioners to our product offerings. This 56-page catalog contains a comprehensive listing of our made-to-order, fiberglass-reinforced, neoprene, timing belts and all of the technical details for our Zetasassi belt and chain tensioners. A complete inventory of these products is maintained at our warehouse in Garden City Park, New York and we are replenishing our stock from the factory's inventory on a monthly basis.

Over 9,000 off-the-shelf timing belt pulleys, belts, belt and roller chain tensioners and other power transmission components for new prototypes or for production applications are featured in the New and FREE Quality Transmission Components 368-page catalog, identified as Q460. The new catalog features Econobelt timing belts and pulleys in 11 different profiles: MXL, XL, L, HTD3, HTD5, HTD8, T2.5, T5, T10, AT5 and AT10. The belts are made of fiberglass- reinforced neoprene and the pulleys are made of steel, aluminum and nylon. In addition, over 330 Zetasassi belt and chain tensioners which improve performance by keeping constant tension. These maintenance-free tensioners are designed to reduce noise, transmit torque more efficiently, decrease wear, plus increase the life of belts and chain. Other new products include spur, worm and miter gears in 4 DP thru 64 DP. The gears are available in steel, brass and acetal. The catalog also includes roller chains and a section of Planetary Gearheads, size 52, 78 and 98 in single or double stage.
