All of our processes are performed in-house allowing us to maintain the necessary control over these processes. These processes include our CAM station with full editing and design rule checking, the latest in Automatic Optical Inspection (A.O.I.) for 100% comparison of etched outer and inner layer copper patterns to your artwork files, automatic Liquid Photo Imageable (L.P.I.) soldermask application followed by tunnel oven drying, vacuum lamination multilayer pressing, the latest Hot Air Solder Leveling (H.A.S.L.) equipment designed to ensure the flattest solder finish on surface mount pads and Electrical Test capabilities using dedicated and non-dedicated fixtures and fixture less flying head probe testing for a true 100% net list test of any design. Our focus is on PCB prototypes through production volumes from single sided up to 22 layer multilayer boards including blind and buried via designs on a wide range of materials. We also specialize in heat sink and metal core fabrication and copper plating of ceramic substrates. These products are manufactured to the highest quality level of IPC 600 Class 3 commercial and MIL-P-55110 certified military requirements, UL recognized and ISO compliant.
