Circuits Plus Pte Ltd (“CPS”) was established as one of the pioneers in PCB production in Singapore.
1982
CPS progressed into the production of double-sided PCB.
1985
Commenced production of multi-layered PCB.
1994
CPS acquired by Genlink Technologies Holdings Pte Ltd ("GTI") to provide the strategic thrusts for market expansion & technology upgrading in PCB business.
Sep 1995
CPS was ISO 9002 certified.
Feb 1996
Formed a joint venture with Nihon Micron Co. Ltd of Japan to incorporate Nihon Micron Plus to work on the high-end printed circuit boards, like the BGA, multi-chip module (MCM), Chip-Scale-Packages (CSP) and the like.
Apr 1996
Acquired another PCB factory in Johor, Malaysia, which is the first high grade multi-layered PCB manufacturer (up to 14-layer) in Malaysia. The company was renamed Circuits Plus (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Jul 1997
Invited as participant in GINTIC research institute.
Jan 1998
Circuits Plus(M) Sdn. Bhd. was awarded ISO9002 certificate.
Jan 1999
Circuits Plus Holdings Ltd, incorporated as the holding company of the Circuits Plus group, was successfully listed on SESDAQ on 18 Jan 99.
2000
Formed strategic marketing alliance with Vector Fabrication Inc., a high end double-sided and multi-layered PCB manufacturer located in Milpitas, California.
2001
Embarked on Joint Venture program with Ju Li in Shan Dong, China, to form a Shan Dong Ju Li Circuits Plus Electronics Technology Co. Ltd. This is to pave the way into setting up a PCB manufacturing plant in China.
